Homecare and Supported Living Service
All Nations Homecare Ltd provides supported accommodation to young people ageg between 16 and 18. We provide care and support to those individuals who wish/need to be in a supported accommodation environment to maximise their potential and independence.
We provide and develop a service that is tailored to individual needs. Our staff are trained to recognise the significance of promoting equality and diversity though valuing differences and recognising individual needs. Teamwork is a vital component of what we do to ensure young people experience a united and consistent team.
At All Nations Homecare Ltd, we support young people to manage change, enabling them to grow and develop new strategies to overcome their early life experiences of trauma and multiple moves to develop secure and positive attachments as well as increase their resilience.
We Support and Empower Young People
We embrace, support and empower young people with Mental Health, Learning Disability, Behavioural and Developmental disorders to live safely in the community and fulfil an active community living.
We offer person centred and bespoke care packages to enable young people build resilience and hope for independent community living.
Whether it is about behaviours associated with social relationship, social communication or an impairment of thoughts our ultimate goal for young people in our care is to engage in meaningful and sustained recovery.
We offer a range of care interventions in collaboration with Community based mental health and learning disability services in the NHS, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector to maximise resident-centred outcomes.
It is our aim that young people are cared for in a person-centred way and they always feel valued and recognised as individuals. We support young people to manage their emotions and stressful situations in a constructive manner.
